You can book your festival tickets directly through the sales module at the top of the page.

Adapted seating is available in all festival venues, except at the Arlequin (as access to the venue is not adapted and includes many stairs).

I will contact the festival in advance to receive appropriate assistance.

To use my gift voucher, I select the concert of my choice and add it to my cart. At checkout, I check the box 'I have a discount code' and enter my gift voucher code in the 'Discount Code' field. A gift voucher code can only be used once.

My ticket is sent in the purchase confirmation email I received (as an attachment).
I check that the email has not ended up in my junk or spam folder.
If I still can't find it, I contact the ticketing service with my order number and request a new ticket to be sent.

There is no need to print my ticket; I can present it directly on my phone upon arrival at the concert. If I have a special rate, I must also show the corresponding proof of eligibility.

The festival will inform me by email (at the address provided during purchase) in case of a postponement or cancellation of an event. My ticket will remain valid for the new date if the event is postponed and will be refunded if the event is canceled.
