SENSITIVITY, GENEROSITY, AND PASSION: THE KEYWORDS OF AN EXTRAORDINARY TRIO

A leading figure on the young French jazz scene, pianist Mark Priore made his mark in 2023 with the consecutive release of two albums, first as a solo artist and then with his trio, revealing his great poetic sensitivity to audiences and the press.
Winner of numerous international awards and nominated in the “Revelation” category at the Victoires du Jazz 2024, he won over the festival audience in May 2025 alongside singer Charlotte Planchou.
He returns this year to present a preview of his new album, Lux Divina, eagerly awaited for October 2026. While this project is partly part of Mark Priore’s personal history, it is above all a deeply humanistic artistic quest, an ode to resilience that takes us through all the stages of grief and invites us to find a place of humble spirituality, fulfillment, and deep meaning: Lux Divina.
Performed by a trio with great chemistry, Mark Priore’s compositions are a true declaration of love for baroque music, traditional Indo-European music, and of course, above all, jazz, in all its essence, richness, and vitality.

Between passion and poetry, “Lux Divina” will resonate fully in the intimate and acoustically remarkable setting of the Théâtre de l’Alliance Française. A unique evening imbued with all the generosity that characterizes this trio so well!
