The church of Saint-Sulpice, whose foundations date back to the 12th century, has grown over the course of history and the reigns of French sovereigns. It was listed as a historic monument on 20 May 1915. This remarkable edifice stands out for its size, its Romanesque architecture and its great organ. On a number of occasions, it opens its doors to carefully selected music concerts. Jazz, with its gospel, blues and spiritual roots, is given a majestic welcome here. The festival returns to this iconic venue this year, following memorable evenings with Dee Dee Bridgewater, Sam Moore, the London Community Gospel Choir and Michel Legrand.

Our thanks to the Parish of Saint-Sulpice and its parish priest, Father Henri de La Hougue, for their warm welcome.
